Brakes failed on my vehicle, called and was told to bring my truck in and if it was going to be more than 1 day they would give me a rental for work.
I come in and they say it will only be the one day.
I get a call at 330 pm that they were just getting to my truck and they don't have the part, its gonna be a couple days. I ask when someone was picking me up to get my rental so I can go to work that night and they said they aren't allowed to give out rentals and whoever told me that was lying. I miss work for their screw up. They BLOW
